Your use of Visual Voice Mail confirms that you are the account owner, you are authorized to sign up for this service and you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee. Basic Voice Mail and V Cast coverage area are required to use Visual Voice Mail. Visual Voice Mail does not support all traditional Voice Mail features which will remain accessible by dialing *86 from your handset. Data charges apply during download of the Visual Voice Mail application and standard messaging rates apply to any messages initiated from Visual Voice Mail. Accessing Voice Mail, Call Forwarding, Call Return, Personal Operator and other features are subject to airtime, long distance, roaming charges and taxes and Mobile to Mobile Calling minutes do not apply. Visual Voice Mail and traditional Voice Mail may not always be synchronized and if you cancel Visual Voice Mail you may lose all stored voice mails and information.

I understand that by selecting “OK” my password will be automatically stored and will allow anyone in possession of this device to access to my voice mail. I further understand that my voice mail messages may be stored in electronic format on this device. To limit unauthorized access to your voice mail you should consider locking your phone when not in use. To cancel Visual Voice Mail service, please contact customer service.

If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions do not use Visual Voice Mail.
