Picture & Video Messaging is subject to the Picture/Video Messaging Website UserAgreement and requires a compatible camera phone. Not all camera phones supportVideo Messaging but all Video Messaging-capable camera phones support Picture and Video Messaging.
In addition to messaging charges, sending and receiving picture/video messages, and uploading pictures/videos from phones to Picture Place, uses airtime that will be deducted from your Voice Calling Plan's monthly anytime minute allowance or charged at the applicable per-minute rate. If you subscribe to a data plan or feature that does not include unlimited data usage, airtime used for these activities will be deducted from your monthly data allowance or charged at the applicable per-kilobyte rate, even if you also subscribe to a Voice Calling Plan. Picture and Video Messaging services are available within the National Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Area.Pictures/Videos can be taken anywhere and stored on phones for later use. Picture andVideo Messages may be sent to Picture Place, valid email addresses, and otherVerizon Wireless customers' phones, but the recipient's ability to view the photo or play the video will depend on their phone model. Apple® QuickTime® Player software (version 6.5 or higher) is required to play Video Messages sent to email addresses and Picture Place. Canceling a Picture or Video Message after pressing
SEND may result in sent messages that contain only partial content. You will be charged for Picture/VideoMessages sent from your phone, even if not received by the intended recipient, or even if only partial content is delivered, but you will not be charged for Picture/VideoMessages sent to your phone unless received. You can control receipt of Picture/Video Messages using your phone's "prompt mode" feature; see phone manufacturer's user guide for details. Picture/Video Messages that can not be delivered within five (5) days will be deleted. Picture/Video Messaging is not available for use with a Mobile Office Kit. Camera phones are prohibited in some places. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations and policies regarding camera phone use.
