New York Attorney General Agreement – Verizon Wireless Unlimited Data Plans

Certain former Verizon Wireless NationalAccess or BroadbandAccess customers received a letter from Verizon Wireless dated December 12, 2007 concerning an agreement between the New York Attorney General’s Office (NYAGO) and Verizon Wireless. The agreement related to Verizon Wireless’ advertising of its NationalAccess and BroadbandAccess plans. As indicated in the December 12, 2007 letter, a copy of the agreement is available via this website.
