  1. What is my calling plan?
    To find out which calling plan you have, you can either look at your most recent bill, or login to My Verizon. For My Verizon, follow these steps:

    1. Sign In to My Verizon.
    2. Click on My Plan (If you have more than one mobile number, select the one you want).

    Your plan and access fee will be listed at the top of the page. Click on More Details for additional information on your account.

  2. How many allowance minutes do I have?

    Verizon Wireless’ Nationwide Plans offer Mobile to Mobile Calling, Night and Weekend Minutes, access to Mobile Web 2.0 at no additional monthly fee (megabyte charges apply), and generous allotments of anytime minutes. Plus, there are no domestic roaming or long distance charges (airtime charges apply). Coverage is not available everywhere.

  4. How do I check my minutes used?
    There are two ways to check your minutes used. You can login to My Verizon online and view your minutes used from the overview page. Or, if you're on the go, you can dial #MIN + Send (airtime free) from your wireless phone.

  5. How do I change my calling plan?
    To change your calling plan, follow these steps:

    1. Sign In to My Verizon.
    2. Go to My Plan.
    3. Select Change Plan.

    If you are unable to use My Verizon, you can call Customer Service to change your calling plan at (800) 922-0204.
