Text Alerts


On the Text Alerts page you'll see a matrix of over 100 timely and quick Text Alerts. Just click on one of dozens of links and a pop-up window will appear.

Setup a Text Alert

  1. Follow the steps to set up your Info Alert and click Save.
  2. Click Done to complete set-up of your alert.

Note: You can edit your saved alerts from the "View My Alerts" link located on the top banner.

Text Blocking


This page allows you to prevent unwanted messages from being delivered to your handset.

You can block messages from the following list of yes/no options:

  • Allow Messages sent from Email?
  • Allow Messages sent from Web?

You can also selectively block messages from specific sources by entering the information in the input boxes labeled 1-15. You can block email addresses, domain names, and wireless nicknames. (Ex: Bob@anywhere.com, domain.com, or sam@vtext.com).
