Quick Text (Custom Messages)

To create a custom message

1. Fill in the text area labeled Create new custom messages with your desired message.

  • The character counter counts down from 140 and counts all of the characters typed in the text area, including spaces.

 

2. Click Save. Your newly created message will appear in one of the 10 numbered spaces below as well as on your Send a Text page in the Quick Text drop-down field.

1. Click the Edit button next to the message that you want to change.
   
   
2. After the message is populated into the text area, you can then change the message and click the Save button.

• Click the Delete button.

The "My Webpage Setup" page allows you to create your own custom messaging web page that comes included with your digital phone. Your friends and family can send you messages from the Internet at the following web address: http://www.vtext.com/users/10-digit -mobile number (where 10-digit -mobile number is the 10-digit mobile number of the intended recipient) or http://www.vtext.com/users/nickname (where nickname is the nickname of the intended recipient).

Your Webpage address is located on the setup page. This URL is how people will access your website.

1. Simply fill in your first and last name, your personal message, and select your background image to be displayed.
   

•  NOTE: Any background selected applies to all of the vtext.com pages when logged in.

 

2. Click Save. You will receive a confirm message stating, "Your personal settings have been updated".
   
   
3. You can view your newly created Webpage by clicking the 'Click here to view your current Webpage' link.
