Installing V CAST^SM PC Client from the Music Essentials Kit CD

First, you'll need to have Windows® XP installed on your PC. This will allow you to run Windows Media™ Player 10 and access the V CAST Music service from your PC, as well as sync your music files from your PC to your V CAST Music phone. If you don’t already have Windows Media Player 10, you can download it for free at Verizon Wireless

Once Windows Media Player 10 is installed, the setup process will initiate automatically when you connect your V CAST Music phone with the USB cable.

The following steps will guide you through your Verizon Wireless V CAST installation using the CD that came with your Verizon Wireless V CAST Music Essentials kit.

1. Insert the CD.
2. If the installer doesn't launch automatically, double-click Start.exe.
   
   
   
   
3. The main screen will appear, reflecting your handset brand.
   
   
   
   
4. Proceed to Step1 - Install USB Drivers.

3. Please proceed to Step 2 - Set Up V CAST Music.
