How to Play Music with Your Phone Open

1. Go to the Get It Now® menu, select Get Tunes & Tones, then select Manage Music.
2. Select a song or playlist to play.
3. With your stereo headset plugged in, close your phone and continue  listening to your songs. You can use the buttons on the outside of your phone to control your music playback.*

*Only available on certain mobile phones.

PURCHASING MUSIC

Once you activate your service, you'll have the ability to purchase and download your favorite songs using your V CAST^SM Music phone and your PC using Windows Media™ Player 10.

How to Purchase Songs from Your Phone**

Want to purchase music on the go? No problem. Just use your phone to browse, preview and purchase the songs you want.

**This feature is available only when within the V CAST Coverage Area. See Verizon Wireless for coverage information and maps.

1. Go to your phone's Get It Now menu, select Get Tunes & Tones and select Get V CAST Music to open the V CAST Music catalog.
2. Browse or search the catalog to preview and choose the songs you want.
3. Select the music you want to purchase.
4. The "Purchase Confirmation" screen will display the price and items you've selected to purchase. Click Buy to accept.
5. You'll receive confirmation that your purchase was successful and your music is available for download.
6. Select Download Now to save the song to your phone, preferably to the memory card. You can then play your new song from Manage Music or from the My Music menu.

Note: Every song purchased from your phone also comes with a second, higher-quality copy. To access it, please log in to the V CAST Music with Rhapsody software on your PC.

How to Purchase and Download Songs from Your PC

To purchase and download music from V CAST Music with Rhapsody on your PC, you must first have the V CAST Music with Rhapsody® software installed on your computer. For a free download of the software, go to Rhapsody's website. Then you’ll be able to browse, preview, and purchase songs from our music catalog while in the V CAST Coverage Area, and play your purchased songs wherever you are.

How to Transfer Music from Your PC to Your Phone

1. Open the V CAST Music with Rhapsody software on your PC.
2. Use the USB cable to connect your phone to your PC. Please have your phone turned on.
3. Your phone should automatically be placed into the Sync Music state and show Connected. On the PC, you should see the phone listed in the Sources portion of the V CAST Music with Rhapsody software.
4. On the PC, drag and drop songs or playlist that you wish to transfer to the phone listing in the Sources area.
5. When the sync process completes, on your phone. Exit the Sync Music application and disconnect the cable from your phone.
6. Under the Music & Tones menu, open My Music to view and play your music.
