Description
Wireless Sync from Verizon Wireless provides an email middleware solution that allows customers to send and receive personal or corporate email, calendar, contacts and more from any Verizon Wireless PDA or Smartphone device as well as many different Get It Now® handsets. With Wireless Sync, you can stay up to date with your coworkers’ and friends’ email, and with a Wireless Sync Enterprise Server, your organization can remotely manage their mobile devices from a single, common interface. (Additional charges may apply for Device Management.)
How to Get It
- You need to have a wireless sync enabled device, either a PDA/Smartphone or a wireless sync enabled handset, and you need to have a data plan. The device and plan can be purchased online.
- Once you have a device and data plan, visit the Verizon Wireless quick start page.
How to Use It
Instructions for use vary by device. The best way to learn how to use Wireless Sync is to watch a demonstration. Wireless Sync demos are available for specific PDAs and Smartphones. Visit the Phones & Devices page for your device and look for an "Interactive How To Simulator" link at the top of the page, then select the Wireless Sync section of the demo.
