  1. What is New Every Two®?

    Sign up for a two-year plan of at least $34.99 per month and qualify for a free phone, up to $30 or $50 depending on your plan, with a two-year renewal. Or choose to apply your New Every Two credit toward the purchase of a more expensive phone. You can also transfer your New Every Two credit to another line on your account.

    You are eligible redeem your New Every Two benefit after fulfilling 20 months of your two year term.  Your discount is applied to the 2 year discounted retail price of a new device.

  2. How do I sign up for New Every Two?
    You are automatically enrolled in our New Every Two program when you sign up for a two-year agreement on a calling plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher. If you maintain service on a calling plan of $34.99 or higher and fulfill twenty months your two-year term, you will qualify for a free phone. If your calling plan monthly access is $79.99 or higher for the entire three months prior to completing your New Every Two phone upgrade, you will get up to $50.00 toward the purchase of that phone. If your calling plan monthly access was between $34.99 and $79.98 at any time during the three months prior to completing your New Every Two phone upgrade, you will get up to $30.00 toward the purchase of that phone. When completing your New Every Two upgrade, you will need to renew your agreement for another two years on a calling plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher. You can also transfer your New Every Two credit to another line on your account.

    If you replace your handset at a discounted price, before fulfilling 20 months of your two-year term, you will forfeit your New Every Two benefits and be automatically reenrolled if you meet the requirements of the program.

    If you are not currently in the program, you can enroll by agreeing to a new two-year term on a calling plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher. You will be eligible to take advantage of the phone offer after fulfilling 20 months of your two-year term.

  3. I think I'm already enrolled in your New Every Two program. How do I know what my discount will be if I want to upgrade my phone?
    You can check your New Every Two eligibility by signing into MyVerizon. The New Every Two program is available to you when you sign up for a two-year plan of at least $34.99 per month and by fulfilling 20 months of that term. You will qualify for a free phone, up to $30 or $50 depending on your plan, with a two-year renewal, if you enrolled in the program on February 15, 2009 or later.  If you enrolled in the program prior to February 15, 2009 and continued to meet the requirements of the program, you will qualify for a free phone up to a $50 or $100 value, depending on the monthly access of your plan.  You can also transfer your New Every Two credit to another line on your account.

  4. Can I apply my New Every Two discount to a Palm Treo, BlackBerry, or PC Card?
    Yes, New Every Two discounts can be applied toward any phone or enhanced device. New Every Two credits cannot be applied toward accessories.

  5. What happens when I transfer the phone to a new billing party?
    The person who is taking over the account will need to meet the program requirements, including subscribing to a price plan $34.99 or higher. The person on the new account will be allowed to keep the same New Every Two Redemption Date.

  6. I have a Family SharePlan with several lines of service. Am I eligible for New Every Two?

    The primary line is eligible to participate in New Every Two. Secondary lines are not eligible for the program unless they are subscribed to an Unlimited Anytime Minute Plan.  However, you can also transfer your New Every Two credit to another line on your account.
