  1. What is New Every Two®?
    Get a new wireless phone every two years!

    With our New Every Two program, you can keep up with the latest in wireless services because your wireless phone can be updated to a newer model every two years. No matter what the future advancements might be, you'll always have the option to enjoy the latest features available.

    Sign up for and maintain two years of service on a digital plan of $34.99 or higher to qualify for a free phone up to a $50 or $100 value, depending on the monthly access of your plan, or receive a credit of the same amount toward the purchase of a more expensive phone, with a two-year renewal.

    If you are not currently in the program, you can enroll by agreeing to a new two-year term on a calling plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher. You will be eligible to take advantage of the phone offer after fulfilling 20 months of your two-year term.

  2. How do I sign up for New Every Two?
    You are automatically enrolled in our New Every Two program when you sign up for a two-year agreement on a calling plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher. If you maintain service on a calling plan of $34.99 or higher and fulfill twenty months your two-year term, you could potentially qualify for a free phone. If your calling plan monthly access is $79.99 or higher for the entire three months prior to completing your New Every Two phone upgrade, you will get up to $100.00 toward the purchase of that phone. If your calling plan monthly access was between $34.99 and $79.98 at any time during the three months prior to completing your New Every Two phone upgrade, you will get up to $50.00 toward the purchase of that phone. When completing your New Every Two upgrade, you will need to renew your agreement for another two years on a calling plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher.

    If you replace your handset at a discounted price, before fulfilling 20 months of your two-year term, you will forfeit your New Every Two benefits and be automatically reenrolled if you meet the requirements of the program.

    If you are not currently in the program, you can enroll by agreeing to a new two-year term on a calling plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher. You will be eligible to take advantage of the phone offer after fulfilling 20 months of your two-year term.

  3. I think I'm already enrolled in your New Every Two program. How do I know what my discount will be if I want to upgrade my phone?
    You can check your New Every Two eligibility by signing into MyVerizon. The New Every Two program is available to you when you sign up for a two-year plan of at least $34.99 per month and by fulfilling 20 months of that term. You will qualify for a free phone, up to $50 or $100 depending on your plan, with a two-year renewal.

  4. Can I apply my New Every Two discount to a Palm Treo, BlackBerry, or PC Card?
    Yes, New Every Two discounts can be applied toward any phone or enhanced device. New Every Two credits cannot be applied toward accessories.

  5. What happens when I transfer the phone to a new billing party?
    The person who is taking over the account will need to meet the program requirements (price plan $34.99 or higher). The person on the new account will be allowed to keep the same New Every Two Redemption Date as the customer on the original account had, as long as they have not purchased a new phone at a discounted rate. The customer on the new account will be required to sign a new 2-year contract on a calling plan $34.99 or higher at the time of completing their New Every Two Redemption.

  6. I have an account that has a number of lines under your Family Share plan. Am I eligible for New Every Two?
    The primary line is eligible to participate in New Every Two. Secondary lines are not eligible for the program. Please contact Verizon Wireless Customer Service or visit a Verizon Wireless retail store to evaluate the best options in terms of sharing your New Every Two discount with others on your FamilyShare Plan.
