1. What is “VZW Tones”?
   VZW Tones is part of the Get It Now website and it has all the best sound clips of your favorite songs that you can use as ring tones for your wireless phone. 2. How do I get the VZW Tones application?
   To get started, download VZW Tones from Get Tunes & Tones > Get Provider > New Provider > True Tones (on your LG 8000 or 7000) or from other phones access the True Tones section of Get Tones in the GET IT NOW catalog. You have the choice of pre-paying for 1, 2 or 4 ringtone credits with the application. Each ringtone credit is good for one ringtone download, and the charges will appear on your wireless bill.

4. How do I download a ringtone from VZW Tones?
   Downloading a ringtone is easy. Once you have found the content you want to download, select the “Purchase” option on your handset. You will then be reminded of your credit balance. To confirm your purchase, simply select the “Purchase” option again.

5. How do I delete VZW Tones ringtones from my phone?
   You may need to delete ringtones to make room for more downloads. VZW Tones’s Ringtone Management functionality allows you to delete tones. To delete a specific tone, select the tone you wish to delete and select the “Delete” option.

6. If I delete a ringtone, can I re-download it?
   Yes, but you will have to pay again. Once you delete a ringtone, you will have to use another Credit to download again.
