  1. How can I check my balance from my phone?
    #BAL (# 225)+SEND

  2. Can I check my Family SharePlan’s minute usage?
    Yes. You have the option to listen to the total Family SharePlan minute usage after hearing your individual usage. A second free text message will be sent to your handset with the minute usage for your Family SharePlan.

  3. How frequently is the information regarding minutes of use updated?
    #MIN is an estimate of the minutes used since your last statement date. The estimate is typically updated within the last 24 hours. This estimate may not include usage outside your local calling area.

  4. When does #MIN start over?
    Your minutes start over at midnight of the last day of your billing period. To identify your billing period:
    1. Sign In to My Verizon.
    2. Select My Bill.
    3. Look under the "Statement Summary" section to find the beginning and ending date of your billing period.

    You can dial #DATA + SEND from your handset (airtime free) or login to My Verizon.

    Data usage includes domestic and international text messages, kilobyte usage, IN Text messages, IN Pix/Flix messages and Other Pix/Flix messages. Please note you will not receive information regarding minutes of use information.
