  1. What is my calling plan?
    To find out which calling plan you have, you can either look at your most recent bill, or login to My Verizon.

    For My Account, follow these steps:
    1. Sign In to My Verizon.
    2. Select My Plan.
    3. If you have more than one mobile telephone number, select the one you want.

    Your plan and access fee will be listed at the top of the page.

  2. How do I change my calling plan?
    To change your calling plan, follow these steps:
    1. Sign In to My Verizon.
    2. Go to My Plan.
    3. Select Change Plan.

    If you are unable to use My Verizon, you can call Customer Service to change your calling plan at (800) 922-0204.
