Description

It's fun & easy to share life's most memorable moments with your friends and family. Send and receive picture and video messages to other Verizon Wireless camera phone customers, other wireless service provider customers, or virtually any email address. You can also store and enhance your images and videos, send slide show messages, and share you galleries with others using the Verizon Wireless On-Line Album at Messaging > Picture and Video Messaging > Manage your photo Albums.

How to Get It

  1. First, you need to have a Picture and Video-message enabled phone.
  2. You can then take and send picture on a pay-as-you-go basis for 25¢ for each message sent of received,* or, you can sign up for one of the messaging bundles. Message bundles can be added through My Verizon.

What is International Picture & Video Messaging?

With International Picture and Video messaging you can send and receive picture and video messages with wireless subscribers from one of the international carriers listed.

If I send or receive a picture/video message, how can I save a copy for myself?
All you have to do is send a copy to your online photo album.
  1. Compose a picture/video message.
  2. Select Options or Menu  (varies by phone model) > Online Album or to PIX Place.
  3. Select Send to send the message to the online photo album.

How do I send International Picture and Video messages?

To send a message the following steps should be taken:

  • Locate the country and the wireless carrier of where you want to send the message.
  • In the To line on your cell phone enter the international dial code, then the country code, and finally the international mobile number.
  • Attach a photo and select Send.

Note: Reference the below carrier list for dial code information.

How much does it cost to send or receive Picture and Video Messages to / from an International mobile?

Picture Message - It costs $0.50 per message, per recipient to send a message, and $.025 to receive a message.

Video Message - It costs $0.50 per message, per recipient to send a message, and $.025 to receive a message.

Note: Sending or Receiving Picture/Video messages from Canadian carrier mobile addresses are considered the same as a domestic picture/Video message and will apply to your existing messaging bundle or $.25 per message per recipient if on Pay as you Go.

Can I send picture/video messages to more than one person at a time?
Yes, you only pay one fee $0.25  per message  per recipient regardless of how many recipients you send it to (up to 10 recipients). For example, if you send a Picture or Video message to 3 recipients in one message, the charge would be $0.75 (three recipients times $0.25).
