You can get a free phone every two years* with New Every Two.Sign up for a two-year plan of at least $34.99 per month and qualify for a free phone, up to $30 or $50 depending on your plan, with a two-year renewal. Or choose to apply your New Every Two credit toward the purchase of a more expensive phone. You can also transfer your New Every Two credit to another line on your account.
*You are eligible redeem your New Every Two benefit after fulfilling 20 months of your two year term.

How to Get It
You are automatically enrolled in our New Every Two program when you sign up for a two-year agreement on a calling plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher. If you maintain service on a calling plan of $34.99 or higher and fulfill 20 months of your two-year term, you could potentially qualify for a free phone.- If your calling plan monthly access is $79.99 or higher for the entire three months prior to completing your New Every Two phone upgrade, you will get up to $50.00 toward the purchase of that phone.
- If your calling plan monthly access was between $34.99 and $79.98 at any time during the three months prior to completing your New Every Two phone upgrade, you will get up to $30.00 toward the purchase of that phone.
- When completing your New Every Two upgrade, you will need to renew your agreement for another two years on a calling plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher.
- If you replace your handset at a discounted price before fulfilling 20 months of your two-year term, you will forfeit your New Every Two benefits and be automatically reenrolled if you meet the requirements of the program.
How to Use It
Eligibility: To see if you are eligible for the New Every Two discount, sign in to My Verizon and click on My Phone tab to view when you are eligible for your next upgrade.
Upgrades: You can upgrade your wireless phone online through My Verizon.
- Sign in to My Verizon (new users will need to Register first).
- Select Upgrade to a New Phone under "Quick Links".
- Choose the mobile telephone number to upgrade.
- Select the new handset.
- Choose accessories (if applicable).
- Preview the order.
- Checkout (enter shipping and payment information).

I think I'm already enrolled in your New Every Two program. How do I know what my discount will be if I want to upgrade my phone?
You can check your New Every Two eligibility by signing into My Verizon. The New Every Two program is available to you when you sign up for a two-year plan of at least $34.99 per month and by fulfilling 20 months of that term. You will qualify for a free phone, up to $30 or $50 depending on your plan, with a two-year renewal, if you enrolled in the program on February 15, 2009 or later. If you enrolled in the program prior to February 15, 2009 and continued to meet the requirements of the program, you will qualify for a free phone up to a $50 or $100 value, depending on the monthly access of your plan. You can also transfer your New Every Two credit to another line on your account.

Important InformationIf you maintain service on a plan of $34.99 or higher and fulfill twenty (20) months of your two-year term, you will be eligible to apply your New Every Two discount toward the two-year discounted retail price of a new device, up to the price of the device after any available rebates. If your Plan monthly access is $79.99 or higher for the entire three months prior to completing your New Every Two device upgrade, you will get up to $50 toward the purchase of that device. If your Plan monthly access is between $34.99 and $79.98 at any time during the three months prior to completing your New Every Two device upgrade, you will get up to $30 toward the purchase of that device. You can also transfer your New Every Two credit to another line on your account. When completing your New Every Two upgrade, you will need to renew your agreement on the line that earned the New Every Two discount for another two years on a plan with a monthly access of $34.99 or higher. Upgrading your device at a discounted price, including exercising your Annual Upgrade option, will restart your eligibility for New Every Two. Secondary Family SharePlan lines are not eligible to participate in the program, except secondary Family SharePlan lines on an Unlimited Anytime Minute Plan. New Every Two discount amounts and plan tiers subject to change at Verizon Wireless’ sole discretion. You may have only six months to take advantage of the New Every Two benefits once you become eligible.
