Go back to the direct link found on the TALKS page of Verizon Wireless and select the software link again. The TALKS file with installation information will be found off of that link. Either download the file to your computer and re-install, or if you already had downloaded the file, then select the installation file from your programs. All information will be contained in the Software link.
