Feedback
If I have more than one phone on my account, do I need to subscribe to Roadside Assistance for each one?
For single line accounts, the service follows the phone, so anyone with the enrolled phone can access Roadside Assistance as long as that phone is at the site where assistance is needed. But, for the Family Share Plan accounts, if the primary line is enrolled in the new Family Share Plan bundle, coverage will be extended to all secondary lines on the account.
Feedback
Is there a limit to how many times I can use this service at no charge?
Yes. Single lines are limited to 4 service calls per year and Family Share Plan accounts are limited to 10 (which can be shared between all secondary lines on the account). Low commercial rates can be arranged for service after the limit has been reached, or for services not covered.

How many vehicles does Roadside Assistance cover?
Roadside Assistance is specific to your wireless number, so service will be provided for any eligible vehicle you are driving or riding in, as long as the wireless phone is present at the scene when services are rendered. You may call from any phone for Roadside Assistance service, but the covered wireless phone must be present at time of service.
Roadside Assistance does not cover RVs, boats, trailers and/or vehicles with more than two axles and/or more than four wheels, any vehicle designed or modified for commercial or heavy-duty use (e.g., limousines, emergency vehicles) or vehicles exceeding 10,000 lbs. gross vehicle weight.

Can I use Roadside Assistance on Restricted Roadways?
Service may be limited by local traffic rules and regulations, such as restricted roadways and toll roads. Roadside Assistance from Verizon Wireless may not be available in all areas due to such regulations and rules. In such areas, only certain service vehicles that have been designated by local authorities are authorized to perform service. If you happen to require service in one of these areas, the Verizon Wireless Roadside Assistance customer service representative will assist you with your options.
