What is the bill to account option?
This option allows you to bill your order to your account instead of paying by other methods such as debit / credit card or gift card. The transactions that are eligible for this option are described below.

Feedback

If I am a new customer, can I bill equipment to my account?
You must be a postpay customer with Verizon Wireless for at least 6 months in order to bill equipment to your account. It does not matter how long you have been registered for My Verizon.

Feedback

Can anyone registered for My Verizon chose the bill equipment to account option?
You must be a postpay customer registered for and signed in to My Verizon as the Account Owner (not an Account Member) to be able to bill equipment to your account.

Feedback

Which transactions can I bill to my account?
You can bill equipment to your account when you upgrade equipment, buy accessories, or add a new line of service to your existing account.

Feedback

How much can I bill to my account?

That depends on how many phones you have on your account, and if you've already billed items to your account this bill cycle. If you have one line on your account, you can bill up to $250 to your account per bill cycle. If you have 2 lines on the account, you can bill up to $500 to your account per bill cycle. If you have 3 or more lines you can bill up to $750 to your account per bill cycle. This includes items you may have billed to your account through some other source (customer service, in a store, etc.)

Please note that pending or recent transactions factor into the transaction threshold.

Feedback

It's a checkbox on the payment options screen you see when you are checking out.  Also, on that same page, you will see the options to pay by debit / credit card or gift card.
